1. Delivery Timeline

• Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
• Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following working day.
• We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

2. Shipping Partners

We have partnered with reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery of your sports gear:

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard Shipping (1-2 working days): AED 20
• Free Shipping on orders above AED 150
• Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.

4. Delivery Locations

We currently offer delivery across all 7 Emirates of the UAE:

• Dubai
• Abu Dhabi
• Sharjah
• Ajman
• Umm Al Quwain
• Ras Al Khaimah
• Fujairah

Note: Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer or may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you prior to dispatch if applicable.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with:

• Tracking number
• Courier partner details
• Estimated delivery date

You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s official tracking portal.

6. Undeliverable Packages

In cases where:

• The address provided is incorrect or incomplete,
• The recipient is unavailable,
• Or the package is refused at the time of delivery,

The order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may be subject to additional charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or is missing items:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide clear pictures and your order number
• We will assess and assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable

8. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are only available within the UAE.
