- Delivery Timeline
- Orders are typically delivered within 1-2 working days anywhere in the United Arab Emirates.
- Orders placed before 2 PM (UAE time) are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be processed the following working day.
- We do not process or deliver orders on Sundays or UAE public holidays.

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.
- Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping (1-2 working days): AED 20
- Free Shipping on orders above AED 500
- Delivery charges are non-refundable in case of returns or cancellations after dispatch.

We currently offer delivery across all 7 Emirates of the UAE:
- Dubai
- Abu Dhabi
- Sharjah
- Ajman
- Umm Al Quwain
- Ras Al Khaimah
- Fujairah
Note: Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer or may be subject to additional charges. We will contact you prior to dispatch if applicable.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email/SMS with:
- Tracking number
- Courier partner details
- Estimated delivery date
You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s official tracking portal.
- Undeliverable Packages
In cases where:
- The address provided is incorrect or incomplete,
- The recipient is unavailable,
- Or the package is refused at the time of delivery,
The order may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange a re-delivery, which may be subject to additional charges.
- Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or is missing items:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide clear pictures and your order number
- We will assess and assist you with a replacement or refund, as applicable
- International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Deliveries are only available within the UAE.
